Our work
A plumbing job on a house runs in stages, and each one is finished and covered before the next begins. These are ours, in order, with our own crew in the photographs.
Ground rough-in
This is the plumbing that goes in before the concrete does. Once the slab is poured, every one of these pipes is under four inches of concrete and whatever is wrong with it stays wrong.
Drain and vent rough-in
Once the house is framed, the rest of the drain system goes in — everything above the floor, up through the walls and out the roof.
Running the water lines
The drains move water out on gravity. The water lines bring it in under pressure, which is a different job with a different set of things that go wrong.
Sewage ejector pits
Drains run downhill. When a fixture sits lower than the line it has to reach, something has to lift it — and that is what this is.
Trim-out
Everything up to here is buried. Trim-out is the part the people living in the house will actually touch every day for the next twenty years.
